  1. Warranty Policy

    This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the warranty coverage for all products and services offered, including e-subscriptions, routers, laptops, and tablets. By purchasing any product or service, the user agrees to these policies. Failure to comply with the stated terms will void the warranty.


  2. Warranty Coverage

    The warranty applies to the purchased product or service and covers manufacturing defects or service interruptions under normal usage conditions. Subscription services are covered for the duration of the purchased term (monthly, semi-annually, or annually), while tablets have a 6-month warranty, and routers and laptops have a 2-month warranty. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, or physical damage due to improper use.


  3. Voiding of Warranty

    The warranty is voided if the user engages in unauthorized access, such as sharing subscription credentials or using products in ways not intended by the manufacturer. It also becomes void if there is any tampering with hardware or software, including unauthorized repairs or modifications. Providing false information during purchase or engaging in fraudulent activities will result in the warranty being voided. Additionally, using the subscription for unauthorized purposes or participating in any prohibited activities will also nullify the warranty.


  4. Transferability of Warranty

    Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Any attempt to transfer or sell product ownership or subscription access will void the warranty.


  5. Payment and Renewal Terms

    For subscription services, the warranty remains valid only if the full subscription fee for the selected term is paid. Missed or failed payments will result in immediate suspension of warranty coverage. For physical products, warranty claims require proof of full payment at the time of purchase.


  6. Limitations of Warranty

    The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or any issues caused by user negligence. It is also void if unauthorized repairs or third-party modifications have been made to the product. Software corruption resulting from external applications is not included under warranty coverage. Additionally, network failures or service interruptions beyond the company’s control are not covered. The warranty does not extend to force major events such as natural disasters or government actions.


  7. Fraud Protection Measures

    To prevent fraud, the company enforces strict protection measures, including identity verification, monitoring of login activity and device usage, and investigation of suspicious claims. Accounts or warranty coverage may be suspended if fraudulent activity is detected.


  8. Dispute Resolution

    The company reserves the right to review and resolve warranty claims at its discretion. Users may be required to provide proof of purchase, service logs, or product diagnostics. Disputes will be handled in accordance with company policies and applicable legal standards.


  9. Modifications to Policy

    The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes, and continued use of the product or service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. By purchasing or subscribing, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this warranty policy.


  10. Shipping and Transport Charges

    For warranty claims requiring product shipment from other regions, the customer is responsible for covering all transport and shipping costs. As the majority of warranty services are facilitated by the local seller community, any logistical expenses incurred in sending or receiving products for warranty assessment or repair must be borne by the customer. The company and its affiliated sellers are not liable for any shipping-related costs.


  11. Policy Violation and Consequences

    If a customer is found tampering with products, misusing warranty policies, or making false claims, the company reserves the right to take immediate action. For subscription services, this will result in the immediate cancellation of access without any refunds. For physical products, including routers, tablets, and laptops, the warranty will be voided, and the customer will be required to return the product immediately. The company may also take further action if fraudulent behavior is detected.
